Bookings
At Just Kids Health we offer both Face-to-Face visits and Telehealth appointments by either phone or video.
Face-to-face visits are available in the Cockburn clinic between Monday and Friday.
Telehealth appointments by Phone or Video are available between Monday and Friday. Other times may be possible, please call us to arrange this.
Appointment Length We suggest the first appointment is 40 or 60 minutes and follow-up appointments of 20 minutes. Shorter first appointments can be booked.
Fees
Just Kids Health is a mixed billing practice.
Concession Card holders are bulk billed, and all others will have an out-of-pocket charge with a Medicare rebate. Please note, you will only get a Medicare rebate for a video or phone appointment if you have had an in-person visit at our clinic within the past 12 months. Babies under 12 months are exempt from this and their telehealth visits will still be covered by Medicare.
We can provide receipts for refunds with Overseas Visitors Heath Cover.
Accounts are to be paid on the day of the visit, or we can invoice you. Medicare rebates are refunded into your bank account.
