The OWL Program - Optimal Weight For Life

The OWL Program: Supporting children and teens
Who is it for?

The OWL Program is here to support children and teens who may be above or below a healthy weight. We guide all the family towards healthier habits and a more balanced lifestyle.
We know making changes can be hard, so we work closely with you and your child every step of the way. Our expert team offers friendly support, advice, and encouragement to help your family make positive, long-lasting changes.

How does it work?
We set goals together and find fun ways to reach them! We take the time to learn what your child or teen enjoys and build a program that fits their interests — like riding bikes, walking the dog, learning to cook, playing active games on the PlayStation, bouncing on the trampoline, or even a game of chasey.
Our aim is to help the whole family enjoy being active, eat well, and feel good — all while building healthy habits that last a lifetime.
